Refund policy

At Shopmint, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Certain items, such as used skincare or beauty products, may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
